Terms that match how we work.

These terms cover your use of the Axura Development website and provide a baseline for enquiries, proposals, and project work. If we sign a separate agreement for a project, that document takes priority where the terms differ.

Using This Website

By accessing this website, you agree to use it lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, security, or availability.

The content on this website is provided for general information about Axura Development and our services. We may update, change, or remove content at any time without notice.

02

Free Concepts, Quotes, and Proposals

Any free concept, estimate, or proposal we provide is intended to help scope a potential engagement. It does not create a binding obligation for either side until we both agree to proceed.

Concepts, timelines, and prices may change if the project brief changes, required features expand, or third-party costs shift before work begins.

03

Project Scope and Client Responsibilities

If you hire us, the agreed scope, timeline, deliverables, and commercial terms should be set out in a proposal, invoice, statement of work, or other written confirmation.

You are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, approvals, required content, and access to any accounts or systems needed for the work.

  • Delays in feedback, content, or approvals can affect delivery dates.
  • Work requested outside the agreed scope may require a revised quote or timeline.
  • You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to any content, assets, trademarks, or materials you ask us to use.
04

Fees and Payments

Unless we agree otherwise in writing, quoted prices are exclusive of third-party fees, taxes, ad spend, software subscriptions, domains, hosting charges, and payment processing costs.

Invoices are due on the terms stated on the invoice or proposal. We may pause work, delay handover, or withhold launch activity if payment is overdue.

05

Revisions, Feedback, and Acceptance

Projects typically include a reasonable revision process based on the scope we agreed. Large changes, repeated redesigns, or changes introduced after approval may be treated as additional work.

When you approve copy, designs, functionality, or launch readiness, you confirm that the relevant work can move into the next stage or go live.

06

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Axura Development retains ownership of its pre-existing methods, systems, templates, know-how, and reusable components.

Once project fees due for the agreed deliverables have been paid in full, you receive the rights described in the relevant proposal or agreement for the final approved work created specifically for your project.

07

Third-Party Services and Liability

Web projects often rely on third-party platforms and providers, including hosting companies, domains, plugins, APIs, payment gateways, analytics tools, and CMS platforms. Their services are governed by their own terms and may change independently of our work.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profits, loss of data, or issues caused by third-party services, client-supplied materials, or changes made by others after handover.

08

Termination, Governing Law, and Contact

Either side may stop a project in line with the written terms agreed for that engagement. You remain responsible for paying for work completed, time reserved, or third-party costs already committed.

These website terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales unless a separate written agreement states otherwise. Questions about these terms can be sent to services@axuradevelopment.com.
