Most of our projects are delivered within 7–14 working days from sign-off. The free concept comes first — typically within 3–5 working days of your enquiry. After that, once you're happy to proceed, we move into the build phase. The total timeline depends on the project scope, how quickly revisions are agreed, and the complexity of any integrations. We'll give you a clear timeline estimate when we scope the project.
Our Starter plan includes 1 full round of revisions, and the Growth plan includes 2. A 'round' means you give us consolidated feedback and we implement all changes in one go. For the free concept, we'll refine based on your initial feedback before you decide whether to proceed. If you need additional revision rounds beyond what's included, we can accommodate that at a fixed hourly rate — we'll always be transparent about any extra costs.
